PASTOR LAWRENCE ANIM

Restoration of Kingdom Chapel was birthed out of love for the people and a commitment to bring people the Word. It is my prayer that this site provides members and would-be members the opportunity to interact with the church.

I will be very glad to welcome you at any of our services.

Our mission is that by our worship, words, and works, we may present God’s word to people from all backgrounds in a language they can understand – in a format they can use to unlock their God-given talents and personal development, to the betterment of the wider communities.

Shalom.

About ROK Chapel

MINISTRY HISTORY

In 2004, Lawrence on his usual activities and gifting of church planting, the Lord released vision of ministry into his heart to carry the good news around the globe, a task that was very difficult but feasible to raise a voice for the Lord, that will require using every single resources available at his disposal to spread the message of faith to the needs of all worldwide.

From that time to the birth of Restoration of Kingdom, Rev. Lawrence opted to serve a growing church for 7 years, while battling the call to preach with a mainstream job, as a trained accountant and finance specialist, He finally said yes to the call in 2011.

Restoration of Kingdom Chapel is counted among one of the fastest growing churches around the globe that establish three years ago from a small hall with a seating capacity of about fifteen. In the past three years in respect of other challenges that growing churches are meant to go through. ROK chapel can pride itself at one of the prime locations in the city of London (Stockwell) with 24-hour access for prayer, counseling, training and mentoring believers into of discipleship.

As a soul winning church built with strictest instructions of our Lord and Saviour Jesus in our early days saw two branches planted at the same year at New Cross and Camberwell.

In the latter part of 2011 Camberwell branch relocated to Brixton Hill, spending two months at Brixton Hill the church was merged on the 1st January 2012. And the members who were not grown in the faith scattered.

By the grace of God, a sister volunteered her house for meetings; this united the brethren to remain in the faith as was reckoned to be one of the persecutions that the early church went through. With the continued effort of the brethren God honoured Restoration of Kingdom Chapel with new place of worship that inform our decision to bring the two branches together as one at Union Road, London Stockwell.
